To take advantage of the refund, please consider the following conditions regarding the return of products:
- USED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED!
- the products will show no signs of wear;
- products will not be damaged and have no missing parts
- the notification for the return of the products to be made within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the package;
- the products will be returned in packaging that does not allow them to be damaged during transport;
- we reserve the right to refuse damaged packaging or products showing signs of wear.
Return method:
- please inform us of your intention to return the products by completing the return request found here;
- for the refund it is necessary to share an IBAN account with us, because this is the only possible way of payment;
- the refund is made within 14 calendar days (It may take longer if the products are returned to us late);
- we will send a courier to collect the products / if you received the original order at a Speedex office, you must return it to the same office;
- the return costs are €4.50 and the amount will be deducted from the total amount that will be refunded to you.
You have a legal obligation to take care of the products while they are in your possession.
