The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT, while the prices are without shipping costs and emeraldisland.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices. - Payment methods

- Order cancellation

emeraldisland.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products it makes available to its customers. However, in the event that the delivered product is proven to be defective, you retain the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it at your own shipping costs or refunding your money. Please contact us first. - Warranty terms
Refund
emeraldisland.gr will not accept products that have been returned without packaging, as well as in the case where the packaging of the product is not complete. If you wish to return the products you have purchased to us, you must contact us for the address to which the products should be sent. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
emeraldisland.gr accepts product returns for any reason within 2 days as long as the packaging and product are in the condition in which they were sent to the customer
Product Availability
The products displayed on the site are all immediately deliverable and available. We reserve the right to make them available in case of a simultaneous order. For this reason you can contact us about the product you are interested in or if you place your order we will contact you via e-mail or by phone in case of unavailability.
